大洋环球控股(08476)获控股股东增持140万股股份
大洋环球控股(08476)公布，公司控股股东嘉信控股有限公司于2024年3月25日至2024年3月28日自公开市场按平均价格每股约1.79港元收购公司合共140万股股份，相当于公司已发行股份约0.5%。
嘉信由公司董事会主席、行政总裁兼执行董事陈建峰全资拥有，因此，陈建峰被视为于嘉信所持股份中拥有权益。紧随收购事项后，嘉信及陈建峰共同于2.058亿股股份中拥有权益，相当于公司已发行股本约73.5%。董事会认为，嘉信增持公司股权反映其对公司前景充满信心。
