港股异动 | 龙源电力(00916)跌超5% 资产减值拖累业绩 遭多家机构下调目标价
龙源电力(00916)跌超5%，截至发稿，跌5.27%，报5.39港元，成交额5247.41万港元。
消息面上，龙源电力2023年实现收入人民币376.38亿元，同比下降5.6%；公司权益持有人应占利润人民币63.55亿元，同比增长23.9%。营收下降主要由于煤炭销售收入下降，2023年公司煤炭销售收入32.42亿元，同比下降49.5%。此外，公司2023年度计提资产减值准备共计人民币21.87亿元，预计减少公司2023年度利润总额人民币21.87亿元。
交银国际指出，龙源电力因在去年推出以大代小老旧风场改造升级，计提减值约15亿元(人民币，下同)，拖累盈利水平并使其低于市场预期18%及交银预期20%。该行维持龙源电力“买入”评级，目标价从8.57港元下调13.9%至7.38港元。国泰君安表示，考虑到可再生能源电价下跌，下调对龙源电力今明两年每股盈利预测至95分及113分人民币，目标价由9港元下调至7.75港元。花旗则将其目标价由6.2港元微降至6.1港元。
