港股异动 | 广汽集团(02238)涨超5% 广汽埃安与滴滴自动驾驶合资公司获批
广汽集团(02238)涨超5%，截止发稿涨5.05%，报3.12港元，成交额1190万港元。
消息面上，4月7日，广汽埃安与滴滴自动驾驶宣布合资公司—广州安滴科技有限公司获批工商执照。这是L4自动驾驶公司和车企为了打造Robotaxi量产车，在国内成立的首个合资公司。首款车型已完成产品定义，正在进行设计造型的联合评审，计划明年实现量产。安滴科技将基于双方优势，深度融合新能源整车制造成熟经验和自动驾驶领先技术，并在2025年推出首款商业化L4车型。
据悉，双方合作的首款无人车定位为跨界SUV，基于广汽埃安AEP3.0高端纯电专属平台、星灵高端电子电气架构打造，同时搭载滴滴自动驾驶全套全无人驾驶软硬件技术方案、安全冗余系统和最新一代面向无人化出行服务的座舱娱乐系统。车辆基于乘客出行服务需求出发，性能指标参考共享出行车辆专属特点，配置设计深度考虑运营全流程各个核心环节，配备后排多模态交互系统，并针对后排乘坐空间和被动安全进行定向加强。
