升能集团(02459)：股价异常波动 不知悉原因
升能集团(02459)发布公告，公司董事会注意到公司股份今天的交易价格下跌。经作出就公司在有关情况下的一切合理查询后，董事会确认，其并不知悉导致有关波动的任何原因，或须予公布以避免造成公司证券虚假市场的任何资料，或根据证券及期货条例(香港法例第571章)第XIVA部须予披露的任何内幕消息。
董事会亦确认，集团的业务营运维持正常，而集团的业务营运及财务状况并无重大变动。
