盛诺集团(01418)附属与Hoang Long订立工厂租赁协议
盛诺集团(01418)发布公告，于2024年4月10日，公司间接全资附属公司Sinomax Vietnam HP (作为租户)与Hoang Long(作为业主)订立工厂租赁协议，Hoang Long已同意向Sinomax Vietnam HP出租该等物业，年期由生效日期起计为期五年，即2024年4月1日起至2029年3月31日止。该等物业的月租金总额(不包括增值税、管理费及水电费)于年期第一年约4.04万美元，于年期第二年约为4.24万美元，于年期第叁年约4.45万美元，于年期第四年约4.67万美元及于年期第五年约4.9万美元。
据悉，该等物业即位于工地上的现成工厂及配套设施，包括占地面积13455平方米的工厂;及门卫室及卫生工程。
