积木集团(08187)拟透过增资的方式认购广州市华星传媒新增注册资本
积木集团(08187)公布，于2024年4月18日，该公司作为潜在投资者，与广州市华星传媒有限公司(目标公司)订立一份不具法律约束力的谅解备忘录。根据谅解备忘录，该公司拟透过增资的方式认购目标公司新增注册资本。
据悉，目标公司主要从事经营直播平台业务且透过一个中国网上平台活跃于短视频市场及发展影响力营销。
董事认为，透过向一家专精于营运直播平台及影响力营销业务的媒体公司增资方式的投资，将有助推广集团的业务并扩大集团的销售及营销渠道。预计可能增资(如落实)将对集团的业务及财务状况带来正面影响。
