港股异动 | 内房股普遍走低 行业景气度依然偏低 稳楼市政策效果有待显现
内房股普遍走低，截至发稿，远洋集团(03377)跌5.2%，报0.237港元；新城发展(01030)跌4.21%，报0.91港元；万科企业(02202)跌3.46%，报3.63港元；世茂集团(00813)跌3.28%，报0.295港元。
东方金诚研报指出，4月1-16日30大中城市日均商品房销售套数为1939套，楼市景气度依然偏低，居民整体观望情绪较浓。该行认为，后续为修复居民购房信心，供需两端政策仍待持续发力，其中下调首套及二套房贷利率下限、下调公积金贷款利率等影响购房成本的政策仍是核心，将对后续楼市走向起到关键作用。
