中广核电力(01816)：股东恒健投资非公开发行可交换公司债券发行完成
中广核电力(01816)发布公告，有关公司持股5%以上股东广东恒健投资控股有限公司(恒健投资)拟以其所持公司部分A股股票为标的非公开发行可交换公司债券。
公司近日收到恒健投资的通知，本次可交换公司债券已于2024年4月25日完成发行，债券简称为“24恒健EB”，债券代码为“117221.SZ”，实际发行规模为20亿元人民币，债券期限为3年，票面利率0.01%。本次可交换债券初始换股价格为4.25元/股，换股期限自本次债券发行结束之日满6个月后的第1个交易日起至本次债券摘牌日的前1个交易日止，即2024年10月28日至2027年4月23日。
