中国育儿网络(01736)发布公告，于2024年4月26日(交易时段后)，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，据此及在其条款及条件规限下，公司同意委任配售代理，而配售代理同意担任配售代理，以作为公司的代理，根据配售协议所载条款及条件规限下按尽力基准促使承配人以配售价购买最多5761.04万股配售股份。配售价较股份于配售协议日期在联交所所报收市价每股0.057港元折让约11.75%。
配售事项所得款项净额将约为280万港元。按此计算，每股配售股份的净价将约为0.0486港元。
