亿华通(02402)：刘维获提名为监事会监事
亿华通(02402)发布公告，张禾先生因彼逐步退休计划而提呈辞任公司监事及公司监事会主席。张先生的辞任将于公司截至2023年12月31日止年度的应届股东周年大会上批准委任新监事后生效，在此之前彼将继续履行其作为监事及监事会主席的职责。
刘维先生获提名为第三届监事会监事。刘先生的建议委任须待股东于股东周年大会上以普通决议案方式批准后，方可作实。
