友邦保险(01299)一季度新业务价值同比上升 31%至13.27亿美元 创季度新高
友邦保险(01299)公布，于2024年第一季度，按固定汇率基准，新业务价值同比上升 31%至 13.27 亿美元，所有报告分部均取得双位数字增长。受活跃代理人数增加和生产力上升所带动，“最优秀代理”的新业务价值实现 20%的增长。伙伴分销的新业务价值增长 70%，银行保险和零售独立财务顾问渠道均表现强劲。新业务价值利润率上升至 54.2%，年化新保费增加 26%至 24.49 亿美元。在现有股份回购计划中增添 20 亿美元，使总额增至 120 亿美元。
按照集团惯例，长期投资回报假设与 2023 年报所载一致。与 2023 年第一季相比，按新业务保费现值基准呈报的利润率从 10%上升至 11%，总加权保费收入则增加 13%至 112.23 亿美元。
优化的资本管理政策将为股东就资本回报提供更高清晰度：以年度产生的自由盈余净额的75%作为目标派付率，自 2024 年全年业绩起，每年通过股息和股份回购向股东返还资本;此外，定期检视集团的资本状况，并返还超出集团需要的资本。
