东方电气(01072)：总裁张彦军代行财务负责人
东方电气(01072)发布公告，2024年4月29日，东方电气股份有限公司召开董事会十届三十九次会议，审议通过《关于授权公司总裁张彦军代行财务负责人职责的议案》。此前，公司董事会收到公司董事、总会计师刘智全生递交的辞职报告。刘智全因工作调动原因,向公司董事会申请辞去董事、总会计师职务，同时相应辞去董事会风险与合规管理委员会委员职务。刘智全辞职后不再在公司担任任何职务。为保证公司正常管理秩序，公司董事会同意授权公司总裁张彦军代行公司财务负责人职责，本授权经董事会审议通过后立即生效，授权有效期至公司聘任新任财务负责人之日止。
