港股异动 | 石墨概念股再度走高 烯石电车新材料(06128)一度升46% 美国放宽电动车税收抵免限制
石墨概念股再度走高，其中，烯石电车新材料继昨日飙涨78%后，今日早盘一度续升46%。截至发稿，烯石电车新材料(06128)涨14.93%，报0.23港元；中国石墨(02237)涨3.23%，报0.64港元。
消息面上，据媒体报道，美国财政部于当地时间5月3日表示，将在汽车制造商获得电动车税收抵免政策方面释放更多“灵活性”，这意味着使用中国石墨制造电池的韩国电动汽车制造商进入美国市场时，也能获得最高7500美元的税收抵免。
不过，业内人士认为该消息对行业利好但影响有限。西部证券研报也指出，负极放松管制名义上是上游难以追溯，本质上是在美国扩产艰难。生产1吨负极需要耗电1万度以上，单一负极环节耗电量巨大，且石墨化过程涉及到能评、环保、员工安全与健康等各种问题，发展难度巨大，目前美国知名的负极项目还非常少。
