麦格理：五一劳动节澳门博彩收入符预期 首选银河娱乐(00027)
麦格理发布报告称，银河娱乐(00027)为澳门博彩业的首选，主要基于公司拥有强大的物业储备，以及丰富的酒店客房库存。该行将其H股的目标价定于59.3港元，予以“跑赢大市”评级。
报告引述第三方数据指，澳门博彩业五月首5日的每日平均收入(ADR)为9.1亿澳门元(下同)。同时指出，虽然澳门及广东地区近日的恶劣天气，导致许多旅客的行程被取消，不过5月至今的ADR水平仍然较上月高47%。
该行假设，5月余下时间的ADR将达5.8亿至6.5亿元。加上第三方数据估计，澳门5月份的博彩总收入将达196亿至215亿元，即相当于2019年水平的76%至83%。该行亦表示，有部分旅客已重新预订行程，并于未来数周内返回澳门。麦格理续指，澳门于劳动节假期的游客人数，以及酒店入住率均略低于预期。当中，每日平均入境旅客量为12.08万人次，较政府早前预测低约7%，并只是占2019年的76%。
