Kabar Baik, Bukit Asam (PTBA) Sepakat Bagi Dividen Rp4,57 Triliun
IDXChannel - PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) memutuskan pembagian dividen tunai senilai Rp4,57 triliun. Rasionya pembayaran adalah 75 persen dari laba bersih kinerja keuangan tahun buku 2023.
Keputusan itu ditetapkan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) di Jakarta, Rabu (8/4/2024).
Bukit Asam (PTBA) Kantongi Rp80 Miliar dari Hasil Penjualan Saham TreasuriDengan demikian, dividend per share (DPS) PTBA mencapai Rp397,70 per saham.
“Sehingga manajemen memutuskan untuk membagikan dividen tunai Rp4,57 triliun, atau 75 persen dari laba bersih ,” kata manajemen dalam RUPST.
Laba Bukit Asam (PTBA) Tergerus 31,98 Persen di Kuartal I-2024Adapun sisa laba sebesar 25% atau setara Rp1,52 triliun dicatat sebagai laba ditahan.
