大多数交易员爆仓都是由盈利变亏损最后引发的爆仓。开始一笔新的交易，如果一开始就亏损，最终会因触及止损而控制住风险，并不会引起巨亏。往往是单子有盈利后由于行情的变化导致回撤，此时由于各种因素导致我们无法客观准确的判断支撑压力位，所以无法做到有效的跟进止损，甚至还会进行加仓抗单，最终导致爆仓。这里所说的各种因素有些是我们可以克服的，有些受我们本身分析能力所限无法克服，所以在这里我们应该努力提升自己，以求最准确的判断出支撑压力位。但这都不是我们爆仓的理由，我认为有两点是防止爆仓发生的最后防线，第一个是我们所能承受的极限，如果亏损已经到达承受极限，此时无论行情如何都应该果断平仓，第二个是方向或者趋势的反转，如果方向已经反转，我们就失去了继续当前交易的依据，无论当前亏损多少都应该平仓。
