这两天各国央行可忙了，美联储宣布再度降息25个基点，巴西、沙特、约旦、阿联酋、印尼央行跟进，跟着降息的还有香港金管局。
科威特和日本央行宣布保持现有利率，瑞士央行宣布将利率保持在历史最低的－0.75%不变。
挪威央行宣布升息，将指标利率从1.25%上调至1.50%，这是今年第三次加息了。
哦对了，英国也保持现有利率不变。
