如何挑选交易员，我以交易员的角度来说几句。
1－马丁，抗单，逆势加仓的操作手法，坚决不跟
2－看交易了多久，3个月以下的不用看，没有统计价值
3－交易历史中出现的最大回撤为多少，统计期间内一共盈利多少，再看最大回撤与盈利的比值是否大于1:2，
记住交易时间不能低于三个月，不然没有统计价值，
自己有一定交易基础的，可以深度剖析交易员的交易手法，是否符合稳定盈利的基础！
