交易方面今天没有做单，但是通过这几天的学习，对交易有了新的认知，尤其是交易思路方面，坚定了好多，也优化了好多。总而言之，意识到了坚持自己的思路，减少交易次数的重要性。
跟随方面最近是盈利的，抗单平仓后利润减少了，但是心情放松了。
