中国石油进口最直接的风险是什么？
2013年中国原油进口量是2.8亿吨，花了多少钱呢，花了2200亿美元。然后到了2016年，中国进口了3.8亿吨的原油，比2013年整整增加了1亿吨，但花了多少钱呢，只花了1165亿美元，只有2013年的二分之一。
再比如，去年中国进口原油达到创纪录的5.06亿吨，花了2390亿美元，而前年，也就是2018年，中国进口原油4.6亿吨，比去年少接近0.5亿吨，但前年却花了2400亿美元。也就是说，中国去年比前年多进口了10%的原油，但花出去的钱却没有增加。

我不知道大家能从这些数据里面看出什么端倪，反正我是看出了很多非常值得担忧的事情。大家可以看看第一个对比，相比2016年，2013年中国少购买了1亿吨的石油，却多付出了接近1100亿美元的成本。
大家知道1100亿美元意味着什么吗？这差不多是中国一年进口粮食的总额，如果再把少购买的1亿吨原油价值算进来，相当于中国在2013年里，相比2016年多付出去的石油进口额，可以满足中国接近两年的粮食进。还可以这样说，这个资金量，超过中国整个一年的国防开支
