#XAU/USD#周一，跌下来直想着抄底博反弹，一路损一路多，结果被暴揍（反思，止损后应离开盘面或调整思路）；周二，白天不敢乱动了，晚间90确认支撑后算抄底了吧，可多单止盈后又反手做空，并且扩大手数，没设止损，3.5手到第二天亏损近9点才手动割掉（反思，严格止损、固定手数、除有盈利的对锁单外不频繁做单）；周三，上午扛着前一晚3.5手的空，在24.7附近出掉，然后想着做25破位多到30，可行情破位后只到27，只好保本出，下午冲高回落，拿下一波下跌行情，弥补了3.5手的亏空。加入社区快一个月，整体下来没赚也但没大亏，通过社区交易数据可以很好的看到自己很多不足，慢慢改正，活长久。
