仓位决定心态，在一个适合自己的周期内，持有能承受的仓位。是持仓信心的来源。有些人总会把亏损原因归结为资金太少，殊不知给你一个心理无法承受的资金量，会亏得更快。找到一个客观的判断依据，下单前先问下自己，止损在哪，自己能不能承受，再根据止损决定能承受的仓位下单。到达止损坚决执行。不要去想压力有多大，支撑有多强，别的涨了这个肯定也会涨什么的。过分自信的抬高仓位，一旦盈亏超出自己承受范围，单子进去就会犹豫紧张，哪怕行情真来了，也是大仓位赚到小行情，真正的大行情根本拿不住。做短线也是一样的道理，控制好每一次的亏损，盈利自然就来了。当然所有的一切，前提是严格止损，这点做不到的话，一切都是空。频繁的更改止损，主观的放大止损，是一切扛单爆仓账户的通病。
