#交易后该如何兼顾现实与家庭？#交易只是你人生的一部分，过度关注只会造成过度疲劳。我一直做日内短线，现在只交易一个品种：镑美。每天只在下午3点到晚上8点之间工作。我没有复盘的习惯，交易之外的其他时间，我从不做与交易有关的事情，买菜做饭，收拾房间，照顾老人，和朋友喝茶吹牛。这样做，虽然可能会漏掉一些大行情，但是能让自己处于一种半放松状态，挺好的。
