我们要问自己两个问题：
1，在一开始建仓的时候，你建立的是不是你计划好的仓位？
（比如一些投机的新手，原本的计划是10%仓位的止损，结果头脑发热，直接梭哈，又或者看见浮亏有点大，想加仓拉回一下成本价就走。）显然，这些都不是在你一开始就作出的计划，而是市场影响了你的情绪，引诱你作出的错误投机，步入深渊中。
2，你是否在动手之前就已经对如何增加筹码有所计划了呢？
（比如：如果价格突破某个阻力点，我将会再次加仓，而在此之前，我应该保留原有仓位，不应该仓位加到最大。这些都是你在交易前应该思考的方案和计划。假如价格突破，我就加仓进场，证明市场暂时是对我有利的，反之，价格并没有按照我设想中的走势在波动，而是在中途中发生了趋势的转变，那么我的计划是在没有触发我止损单之前，我会提前预警危险信号，并且马上止损，不要恋战，等另起炉灶。）
总结：对于你的每一笔交易，你都应该在进场之前就有清晰的思路，而不是等到时候再看，等到那时候已经迟了。
