1、个人认为技术面应该是消息面的延申，技术面出错概率比消息面更高！
2、两者在当时的市场条件下参考依据以消息面为主，其次才是技术面
3、如果消息面跟技术指向一样，那么这就是最精准的建仓时机
4、消息面注意有没有突发事件等影响，比如现在消息面看空，突然转变不推迟降息，那么行情，消息面跟技术一致看多！！
5、所以目前行情下，其实行情分析并不一致，为了稳健，更建议高位空！！
